Refund policy

The Free plan
Costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Put your real assets on it before you pay for anything.
Paid plans
If a plan is not what you expected, write to us within 7 days of the first payment and we refund it in full. After that, payments for the current period are not refunded, but you keep the plan until the period ends.
Annual plans
Same 7-day window. After it, an annual plan can be cancelled so it does not renew; the remaining months are not refunded.
How
Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of our confirmation. Email assetsitz@grandfieldmedia.com with the invoice number.
