Nothing is shipped
Assetsitz is software delivered over the internet. There are no physical goods, no couriers and no delivery charges. The QR labels are printed by you on your own printer or label stock.
When a paid plan starts
The moment Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds: the plan's asset limit applies at once. If it has not within a few minutes it will by itself when the payment confirmation reaches us; if not, write to us with the payment reference.
Invoices
An invoice for every plan payment appears under Billing → Invoices as a PDF, immediately after the payment.
What you download
CSV exports and label sheets are produced on demand and saved straight to your device. They are never delivered by email or post.
