Every plan is priced by how many assets you track. Free covers 50, no card. Upgrade when the register grows; annual billing is ten months' price.

One thing you track: a laptop, a drill, a vehicle, a chair, a licence key. Retired and archived assets do not count against the limit, so the number is what you actually own and use.
No. Labels print on plain paper or sticker stock; any phone camera scans them. The Android app is a convenience, not a requirement.
Nothing is deleted. You can read, move and export everything; adding more waits until you upgrade or archive some.
Any time from Billing. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades at the end of the paid period. Cancel and you drop to Free with everything intact.
